Conscious Work Vision<\/h1>\n

Our vision is to inspire teams and their leaders to shape a work culture that is more relaxed, filled with purpose and highly successful.<\/span><\/p>\n

Collective connectedness shall be the norm and not the exemption.<\/span><\/p>\n

We believe that effective coaching and moments of stillness via sound journeys sets the ideal stage for personal and collective growth. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Hi. My name is Jannis Riesz.<\/h1>\n

The project is truly dear to my heart, as it combines two of my biggest passions: human connection and sound. I am convinced that, in every encounter there is an opportunity to learn something new, as well as a chance to pass on knowledge from one\u2019s own experience. This is what I love and thrive on in my work as a coach at Conscious Work.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Then there is my passion for sound work. Handpan, sound bowls and sound journeys have been an important part of my daily life for many years. They allow me to fully immerse myself in the moment, treat my mind to stillness and then continue on my day feeling refreshed and energized. After several years as a coach and enthusiastic sound journey practitioner, the idea of combining coaching and sound came to life.<\/span><\/p>\n

Before starting my own business, I spent 10 years leading large teams in product and innovation at Wirecard. When this chapter ended abruptly in 2020, the path to entrepreneurship came easier to me than I had expected. This was because I had a clear goal in mind: to do what would fulfill me and those around me. And to help shape a future of work that is more relaxed, more sustainable and more successful.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>
